The Sliva monument is located north-western of Krusevo, on the road to the village Cer (on the way to Kicevo).
It is a symbol of the bravery and victims of the macedonian rebels during the defense of the Krusevo republic on August 12th, 1903.
Here the detachment od the duke Georgi Stojanov and Dime Smugrev held a position for 5 days against the ournumbered Ottoman cavalry.
