Kavadarci is sitated deep in the Tikvesh valley, some 10 km away from the E-75 motorway. You can reach it through Negotino or from the Prilep junction (on E-75) and later at Rosoman there is a junction, where you can switch off - for Kavadarci.

Nearby town is Negotino, (10km) on the east.

Unfortunately there is not railway line passing through Kavadarci, but Negotino train station is very close, just 10km.

The bus station is 10-15 min walking from the main sqaure, at the roundabout.
